These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Freebies Media Solution Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Oohpoint (“Oohpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Oohpoint platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
“Account” means your registered user profile on the Oohpoint platform.
“Brand Partner” means any brand, advertiser, or company that publishes campaign tasks (Gigs) on the Platform.
“Gig” means a brand campaign task available on the Platform, which may include surveys, polls, quizzes, photo submissions, mood checks, location-based check-ins, or other engagement formats made available from time to time.
“Oohpoint Credits” means promotional reward points issued by Oohpoint as an incentive for completing Gigs. Oohpoint Credits have no stored monetary value, are not a currency, are not a financial instrument, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
“Platform” means the Oohpoint mobile application, web platform, and all associated services operated by Freebies Media Solution Pvt. Ltd.
“Verified Engagement” means a completed Gig interaction that satisfies all geo-validation, completion, and fraud-prevention checks required for Oohpoint Credits issuance.
“Vendor” means a third-party redemption partner through whom Oohpoint Credits may be redeemed for goods, services, or vouchers.
