01Relationship With Oohpoint Credits

These Third-Party Rewards & Gift Card Terms ("Reward Terms") govern the redemption and use of third-party rewards, gift cards, vouchers, offers, promotional codes and similar benefits made available through the Oohpoint Platform. The Oohpoint Platform is operated by Freebies Media Solution Private Limited, bearing Corporate Identification Number U73100MH2024PTC425087 ("Oohpoint", "we", "us" or "our"). The earning, issuance, validity, expiry and general use of Oohpoint Credits are governed separately by the Oohpoint Credits – Terms & Conditions. These Reward Terms apply specifically to what happens when you use Oohpoint Credits to obtain a third-party Reward.

02What Are Third-Party Rewards?

Third-party Rewards may include:

• digital gift cards and vouchers;
• promotional discount codes;
• merchant offers and dining benefits;
• travel-related vouchers (e.g., flights, hotels);
• shopping or lifestyle perks; or
• other redemption options made available through the Platform.

03Redemption Through Oohpoint

To redeem a Reward, you must have sufficient eligible Oohpoint Credits, select an available Reward from the catalog, review the applicable terms, and confirm redemption. The number of Oohpoint Credits required for a particular Reward will be clearly displayed before you confirm. You should carefully review merchant restrictions before confirming.

04Confirmation of Redemption

When you confirm a redemption request, Oohpoint processes the corresponding Credits deduction. A redemption request is subject to inventory availability, technical processing, verification, and fraud checks. A Reward is considered successfully issued only when the voucher code, digital card, or claim link has been generated and delivered to your Oohpoint Wallet.

05Third-Party Terms Apply

Each Reward is subject to terms and restrictions imposed by the merchant, brand, or issuer, including:

• validity or expiry periods;
• eligible products, services, or excluded categories;
• minimum or maximum transaction values;
• geographic or regional store availability;
• rules on combining with other promotional offers; and
• cancellation, refund, or partial balance use policies.

06Once a Reward Is Successfully Issued

Once a third-party Reward, gift card, voucher or code has been successfully issued: • the relevant Oohpoint Credits are treated as permanently redeemed; • the issuance is irreversible and cannot be cancelled or refunded; • the Reward becomes subject to the third-party merchant's terms; and • Oohpoint cannot replace, refund, or reissue the voucher if you decide you no longer want it.

07Reward Availability

Oohpoint does not guarantee that a particular Reward, merchant or denomination will always be in stock. Rewards may become unavailable due to partner inventory caps, API outages, or commercial adjustments. Oohpoint may add, remove, or modify available Rewards at any time.

08Expiry and Validity

The validity period of a third-party Reward is independent of Oohpoint Credits validity: • Oohpoint Credits have a 60-day validity period from issuance. • Successfully issued gift cards or vouchers carry their own separate expiration date set by the merchant. You are responsible for utilizing the issued Reward within its specified validity period. Oohpoint is not responsible for expired third-party vouchers.

09Lost, Shared or Misused Codes

You are responsible for safeguarding any gift card PIN, voucher code, or claim URL. You must not publicly post codes on social media, transfer them to unauthorized parties, or attempt fraudulent resale. Once a code has been displayed or delivered, Oohpoint has limited technical ability to recover or cancel it if compromised.

10Technical Issues and Failed Redemptions

If a technical failure or partner outage prevents a Reward from being issued during redemption, Oohpoint will investigate and restore the deducted Credits to your account balance in accordance with the Oohpoint Credits – Terms & Conditions. If an issue occurs after a valid code is delivered while using it on the merchant's checkout, the merchant's customer support and terms apply.

11Oohpoint's Role

Oohpoint acts as a rewards platform enabling credit redemption. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Oohpoint is not the merchant providing the underlying goods or services, does not control store fulfillment, and does not guarantee the independent performance of third-party merchants.

12Support and Assistance

Oohpoint provides support regarding redemption status, credit deductions, and delivery of voucher codes inside the app. For issues regarding physical merchandise delivery, airline bookings, or merchant store acceptance, users should contact the merchant directly.

13Incorrectly Issued or Fraudulent Rewards

If a redemption is associated with fraud, duplicate exploit activity, or technical error, Oohpoint reserves the right to investigate, cancel, or reverse the transaction where permitted by law and partner arrangements.

14Partner-Specific Terms

Certain Rewards carry partner-specific conditions displayed before checkout. If there is a conflict between these general Reward Terms and specific merchant terms, the specific merchant terms will govern that redemption.

15Example: Cleartrip Gift Cards

Where a Cleartrip Gift Card is redeemed on Oohpoint, Cleartrip's partner terms apply, including:

• validity period specified on the digital voucher card;
• usage restricted to eligible flight, hotel, or travel bookings on cleartrip.com;
• limits on the number of Gift Cards redeemable per booking transaction;
• restrictions on combining Gift Cards with specific bank instant discounts; and
• Cleartrip's cancellation and refund policies for travel itineraries.

16Your Responsibilities

When redeeming Rewards, you agree to: provide accurate details, review terms prior to confirming, safeguard issued voucher PINs, use benefits lawfully, and report suspected security issues immediately.

17No Cash Redemption

Third-party Rewards are promotional benefits. They cannot be exchanged with Oohpoint for cash or bank transfers. Users are not entitled to demand alternate rewards or cash equivalents if a particular merchant offer is out of stock.

18Changes to Rewards and These Terms

Oohpoint may update the catalog, participating brands, or these Reward Terms. Catalogue updates apply prospectively and do not impact validly issued unexpired vouchers.

19Relationship With Other Oohpoint Policies

These Reward Terms operate alongside the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Campaign Participation Rules, and Oohpoint Credits – Terms & Conditions.
