Before using Oohpoint Credits, here are the key operational principles to know:

01Introduction

These Oohpoint Credits – Terms & Conditions ("Credit Terms") govern the earning, issuance, use, validity, expiry, redemption, adjustment and other rules relating to Oohpoint Credits. Oohpoint Credits are issued by Freebies Media Solution Private Limited, bearing Corporate Identification Number U73100MH2024PTC425087 ("Oohpoint", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). These Credit Terms form part of the terms governing your use of the Oohpoint platform. They should be read together with:

• Oohpoint Terms of Use;
• Oohpoint Campaign Participation Rules;
• Oohpoint Privacy Policy;
• any applicable Campaign-specific terms; and
• any applicable Reward, merchant, issuer or third-party partner terms.

02What Are Oohpoint Credits?

Oohpoint Credits are promotional reward credits that may be issued to eligible users for valid participation in:

• Campaigns;
• Micro Gigs;
• eligible promotional activities; or
• other qualifying activities made available through Oohpoint.

03Credit Value

Unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific eligible redemption: 1 Oohpoint Credit = ₹1 value for eligible redemption purposes. For example: 100 Oohpoint Credits = ₹100 eligible redemption value. This value represents the eligible redemption value of Credits through supported Oohpoint redemption opportunities. However, Oohpoint Credits:

• are not cash;
• are not legal tender;
• cannot be withdrawn to a bank account;
• cannot be transferred to another user;
• cannot be sold;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be transferred to a third-party wallet; and
• do not earn interest.

04How Oohpoint Credits Are Earned

A Campaign, Micro Gig or other eligible activity may offer a specified number of Oohpoint Credits as a reward. The general workflow includes:

05When Credits Are Considered Earned

A user is not automatically entitled to Credits merely because they view a Campaign, start a Campaign, click a completion button, submit proof, or claim task completion. Credits are considered validly earned only when:

• the user satisfies the applicable Campaign requirements;
• the required activity has been validly completed;
• any required proof or information has been successfully submitted;
• applicable verification has been successfully completed; and
• the Credits have been successfully issued to the user's Oohpoint Account.

06Automated and Manual Verification

Oohpoint may use automated systems, manual review or a combination of both to verify whether a Campaign or activity has been successfully completed. Verification may include checks relating to:

• completion of the required activity;
• duplicate participation;
• invalid or incomplete submissions;
• manipulated or fabricated proof;
• suspicious or fraudulent activity; and
• compliance with Campaign-specific requirements.

07Credit Issuance

Once a Campaign or eligible activity has been successfully verified and approved, the applicable Credits will be issued to the user's Oohpoint Account. The number of Credits issued will generally correspond to the reward displayed for the relevant Campaign or activity, subject to applicable Campaign terms, successful verification, correction of technical errors, or clearly disclosed conditions.

08Validity and Expiry

Oohpoint Credits are valid for 60 days from the date and time they are successfully issued to your Oohpoint Account. The validity period begins when the Credits are successfully credited to your Account. It does not begin when you first see, start, or initially perform the activity.

09First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Usage

Unless otherwise specified, Oohpoint Credits are generally consumed on a First-In, First-Out ("FIFO") basis. When you redeem Credits, your oldest available eligible Credits will generally be used first to minimize expiry risk.

10Redemption of Oohpoint Credits

Oohpoint Credits may be redeemed only for eligible Rewards made available through the Oohpoint platform (digital gift cards, vouchers, partner benefits, merchant offers). Available Rewards may change over time based on partner stock, inventory, and redemption limits. Oohpoint does not guarantee that a particular Reward will always remain available.

11Redemption Process

When you choose to redeem Oohpoint Credits: • the applicable Credits are deducted or temporarily reserved from your available balance; • Oohpoint and/or the relevant Reward partner process the redemption; • the Reward is then issued and made available in your Account. A redemption is considered completed when the applicable Reward has been successfully issued.

12Failed or Unsuccessful Redemptions

If a redemption fails and the applicable Reward has not been successfully issued, the corresponding Credits will be restored to your Oohpoint Account automatically or following verification of the failed transaction. A failed redemption does not entitle a user to receive both the Reward and restoration of the same Credits.

13Successfully Issued Rewards

Once a Reward has been successfully issued or made available to you, the corresponding Oohpoint Credits remain deducted. Credits will not be restored merely because you do not use the gift card, lose access to it, allow it to expire, or decide you no longer want the Reward. Subsequent use is governed by the partner merchant's terms.

14Third-Party Gift Cards and Rewards

Certain Rewards available through Oohpoint may be issued, processed or fulfilled by third-party partners and subject to separate merchant terms, validity periods, redemption restrictions, transaction limits, and cancellation policies. Users should review applicable terms before redeeming. Oohpoint provides reasonable support regarding Reward issues, but does not independently control merchant acceptance or operating hours.

15Protection of Validly Earned Credits

Oohpoint does not arbitrarily reduce or cancel Credits that have been validly earned and successfully issued. Once validly issued, an Oohpoint Credit retains its stated eligible redemption value unless reversal is required because of fraud, error or clearly disclosed terms. Users will not lose validly earned Credits merely because a Campaign has ended or Oohpoint updates its catalog.

16Adjustments and Reversals

Oohpoint may reverse, remove or adjust Credits where reasonably necessary if Credits were issued as a result of:

• fraud or manipulated proof;
• duplicate participation or multiple Accounts;
• violation of Campaign requirements or Terms of Use;
• technical or administrative errors;
• incorrect reward calculations; or
• clearly disclosed Campaign-specific conditions.

17Expired Credits

Once Oohpoint Credits reach their 60-day expiry date and time, they will no longer be available for redemption. Expired Credits have no cash value and cannot ordinarily be reinstated, unless expiry resulted from a verified technical or administrative error.

18Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• sell or purchase Oohpoint Credits to/from another user;
• transfer Credits between accounts or third-party wallets;
• exchange or attempt to exchange Credits for cash;
• use Credits outside eligible Oohpoint redemption opportunities;
• create multiple Accounts or use bots/scripts to harvest Credits;
• manipulate Campaign participation or submit fake proof; or
• exploit technical errors or attempt duplicate redemptions.

19Account Suspension or Termination

If an Account is suspended or terminated due to fraud, abuse or material terms violations, Oohpoint may restrict access to Credits, reverse invalidly obtained Credits, or take protective measures. Validly earned Credits will not be removed solely because Oohpoint changes or ends a Campaign.

20Changes to the Oohpoint Credits Programme

Oohpoint may modify aspects of the Credits programme for future activities (earning rates, available rewards, redemption partners). However, changes will not retrospectively reduce the stated eligible redemption value of Credits already validly issued.

21Temporary Suspension of Redemption

Oohpoint may temporarily suspend or limit redemption where reasonably necessary due to maintenance, security concerns, suspected fraud, partner outages, or force majeure events. A temporary suspension does not cancel valid, unexpired Credits.

22Relationship With Other Terms

These Credit Terms form part of the governing agreement alongside the Terms of Use, Campaign Participation Rules, Privacy Policy, and merchant-specific Reward terms.
